Squads
Competition Squad One
Our Senior Competition Squad trains between 3 and 5 days per week. They compete in competitions around Great Britain and Internationally. The age range of the squad is 8 years to 17 years. Gymnasts are selected for the squad from our NDP squad or by requested trial.

Competition Squad Two
Our NDP squad has 40 members aged from 7 to 15. The squad trains twice weekly and attends competitions locally. Gymnasts are selected for this squad either from our recreational and potential classes or by requested trial.
